- The Tenant declares to receive the vehicle in perfect conditions, being obliged to conclude the contract in the same state.
- There is an INSURANCE POLICY that covers unlimited Civil Liability towards third parties and also personal damages that the driver may suffer.
- Required and mandatory documents for the rental of a vehicle:
- ID card or Passport
- VALID DRIVING LICENSE.
- Minimum age of 3 years.
- By signing the contract at the place indicated on the front and the payment of the amount stipulated in this contract, THE LESSOR will be liable for the damage caused to the vehicle by collision, as long as the rental time agreed in this contract or in its extension(s) has not ended. This responsibility does not extend to the damages, BREAKS, or punctures suffered in the wheels. Nor will this coverage be effective in the following cases:
- If the vehicle is driven by a person other than the Renter.
- If the driver violates the regulations of the Traffic Code.
- If the vehicle carries more occupants than those authorized.
- If the damages are caused intentionally.
- If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or narcotic or psychotropic substances, or uses the vehicle in any circumstance that impairs his driving ability.
- Loss of vehicle key. Price according to vehicle.
- Refueling error.
- The use of the vehicle for the illegal activity of TAXI or similar is totally prohibited. As well as, the transportation of goods or animals, and especially of dangerous, flammable, or harmful substances.
- The minimum rental period includes any time of the day until 8:00 p.m. of the same day. The vehicle will be returned at the place and date stipulated on the front. Any alteration or extension must be previously authorized by CAR Isla Mar. Failure to comply with this condition entitles AUTOS Isla Mar to judicially require the return of the vehicle. If the vehicle is not returned at the indicated time, there will be a courtesy period of 1 hour. After this period, it will be charged as a rental day. AUTOS Isla Mar is not responsible for stolen, forgotten, or lost items inside the vehicle. A DEPOSIT will be charged at the time of signing the contract, to guarantee compliance with the contract conditions. This amount will be refunded once it has been concluded and after verifying that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was delivered and the fulfilment of the general conditions.
- Fuel and fines are the customer's responsibility.
- Extra cleaning of the vehicle will be €50 and super extra cleaning €100 charged by the LESSOR.
- In case of a lawsuit arising from this contract, both parties submit to the Courts of Ibiza, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
